    Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed. Students use these methods to learn to successfully handle various self defense situations. Learn the skills to move your body naturally and efficiently by leaping, tumbling, and climbing in a fun atmosphere. Previous martial arts experience is not required. Class format is monthly sessions and meet ups are weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays)

    Come and learn about the history and culture of Mexican folklorico dancing! In this beginner class, students will be taught basic footwork and skirt work. Students will need to bring hard-soled shoes. More details regarding costume and a year-end performance will be covered in class. Registration is for the entire semester and includes a T-shirt.     Are you ready for the challenge? Find a partner and join the fun! You and your partner will work together and create a fantastic themed cake to take home and show off. You will need to bring one plain 9”x13” cake. Themes will be handed out at the beginning of the class and the participants will have 1 hour to create their masterpiece. All decorating items will be provided.
